Practical information

Registration – you can register to the BIBM Congress on May. 17th from 12:00-20:00, 18th from 08:00-18:00, 19th from 08:00-12:00 at the entrance of the conference area.

Welcome Reception, May 17th – we kindly invite the congress participants to join the welcome reception at any time during 16:00 and 20:00. Throughout the Reception, finger food (appetizer) and beverages will be served. Also, some typical Madrilenian entertainment will be provided (music, dance, singers).
Dresscode: Casual Business
Several restaurants and bars are available at the hotel for dinner (not included in the ticket).

BIBM Gala Dinner, May 18th – the BIBM Gala Dinner will take place in the Palacio del Negralejo, which is in a short distance from the congress hotel. The departure of the shuttle busses is at 19:30 at the back entry of the congress hotel. Shuttle busses will bring you back to the hotel leaving at 23:30 at the Palacio del Negralejo.
Dresscode: Business Attire
Please note: The dinner will take place outside if the weather forecast is dry and approx 20+ degrees until 22:00. Should this situation not be prospected, the dinner will take place inside.

Farewell Reception, May 19th – after the official closure of the Congress, participants are invited to join the farewell reception in the exhibition area. Typical local food and a wine will be offered, as well as a wine tasting accompanied by Madrilenian music.

Marriott Bus Shuttle Service – The Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center offers a cost-free shuttle bus service for their hotel guests to the Airport (MAD).
